Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the PPT → LP service operated by PGV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PPT → LP is a web-based tool that converts Google Slides files into HTML landing pages. The process is automated: you submit a Google Slides URL, our system processes the file, generates a landing page, and delivers the output to Google Drive.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each successful job deducts 1 credit from your account. Credits can be purchased via Stripe. No credit is deducted for failed jobs.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person or organization

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

Prohibited actions
  • Submitting Google Slides files that contain illegal, hateful, defamatory, or infringing content
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service infrastructure
  • Using automated scripts or bots to submit jobs in bulk without prior written consent
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service or its output without authorization
  • Submitting files that violate third-party intellectual property rights
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or restrictions

Credits, Payments & Refunds

Credit deduction1 credit per successful job. No charge for failed jobs.
Payment processorStripe. All transactions are final upon completion.
Refund policyCredits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
ExpiryCredits do not expire as long as your account is active.
Account terminationUnused credits are forfeited upon account termination due to ToU violation.

File Requirements & Limitations

  • Files must be in Google Slides format — not Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
  • Maximum 13 slides per file. Jobs exceeding this limit will fail and no credit will be deducted
  • The Google Slides file must be shared publicly or accessible via the submitted link
  • You are solely responsible for the content of the files you submit

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit (your Google Slides files and their contents). By submitting a file, you grant PGV a limited, non-exclusive license to process the file solely for the purpose of generating your landing page.

The PPT → LP platform, its code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of PGV. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PGV does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated landing pages will meet any specific design or performance standard.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Account Suspension & Termination

PGV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice. In the event of suspension, you may contact us at pgdanang@piala-partner.com to appeal.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
